An 11 year old child presented with fever, and abnormal CBC values: TLC 420 (10e3)/uL [4 - 11 (10e3)/uL], Hb 8 g/dL [13 - 17 g/dL], MCV 82 fL [76 - 96 fL], MCH 25 pg [27 - 32 pg], and Platelets 99 (10e3)/uL [150 - 450 (10e3)/uL].
